RONNIEBROWN

In the music business Ronnie served as Vice President of Creative for Ten Ten Music Group, Inc 1998 - 2009. At Ten Ten he  worked with award winning artists and songwriters Keith Urban, Harley Allen, Tia Sillers, Angela Kaset, Robert Ellis Orrall, Jon Robbin, Angaleena Presley, Odie Blackmon, Bobby Huff, Nicky Chinn, Troy Seals, Chuck Mead, Mike Dekle, Elizabeth Cook, and Cory Mayo. Here Ronnie discovered and signed Angaleena Presley, of Miranda Lambert’s famed Pistol Annie’s. He introduced Keith Urban to Richard Marx and the rest is history, resulting in them writing two #1 singles and one Top 5 single. His direct efforts have led to major recordings by artists such as Alan Jackson, Keith Urban, Gary Allan, Josh Turner, Joe Nichols, John Michael Montgomery, Heidi Newfield, Gene Watson, and Ricky Skaggs. At Ten Ten he was responsible for overseeing all creative aspects, working with writers guiding them in their songwriting, development, and studio production.

 

Ronnie also worked in creative at Red Stripe Plane Music (which became Bigger Picture Group). Here Ronnie worked with writers Josh Osborne (Merry Go Round) , Brandy Clark (Mama's Broken Heart), Kevin Savigar (Forever Young), Tylar Farr (Redneck Crazy), Kalisa Ewing and Brian Maher.

 

Prior to Ten Ten Music Group, Ronnie worked for producer and record executive Tony Brown in the Artists and Repertoire Department at Universal / MCA. While at MCA, Ronnie worked with such superstars as George Strait, Reba McEntire, Vince Gill, Trisha Yearwood, George Jones, Wynonna Judd, Joe Ely, David Lee Murphy, Jimmy Buffett, Lyle Lovett, Mac McAnally, Lee Ann Womack, Gary Allan, Todd Snider, The Mavericks. 

 

Ronnie is a multi-instrumentalist and performer. He has performed numerous times with artists on national television and has made many appearances as a pianist on the Grand Ole Opry. Ronnie has performed thousands of shows and constantly tours. He plays for some of the most prestigious events, venues and night spots in Nashville and  around the United States. He has performed many times as a pianist on the Grand Ole Opry. Ronnie has toured and performed with include Elizabeth Cook  Angaleena Presley (Pistol Annie's), Mark Volman (of The Turtles, and Flo and Eddie), Angela Kaset, Harley Allen, Anthony Smith, Dylan Taylor, Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose, Clifford Curry. Ronnie has also played appearances with Aaron Neville and Reba McEntire.

 

Ronnie's musicianship can be heard on recordings in major motions pictures such as Steve Buscemi's Animal Factory and John Madden's Killshot, as well as the tracks mentioned above in "The Real L Word", "Keeping Up With The Kardashians", "Betsey Johnson", ' Real Road Rules Challenge'. 

 

As a Songwriter Ronnie has written many original compositions. He writes for and produces many artists projects in Pop, R&B, and Country.
